The Four-Stage OLTRE Application Process

1. OLTRE Base – Surface Preparation
The Base layer acts as the primer, enhancing adhesion between the existing substrate (including tiles) and the OLTRE system. It can be applied to walls, floors, and ceilings with standard rollers or brushes. Once mixed thoroughly, it's ready for use straight from the container.
2. OLTRE Barrier – Waterproofing and Elasticity
Barrier forms an impermeable, waterproof membrane that ensures long-term protection. First, it is applied around corners and junctions to embed an elastic joint seal. Two full coats follow, incorporating a waterproofing mesh on vertical surfaces. This barrier protects against moisture ingress and allows the system to be used confidently in wet areas, including showers and bathrooms.
